Delivering with Dignity: Thanks to the Boston Resiliency Fund

Thank you to Mayor Marty Walsh, the City of Boston, and the generous donors who contributed to the Boston Resiliency Fund for providing funds for families in Heading Home programs to receive necessary food and formula at the peak of COVID-19. In partnership with Tatte Bakery and with the support of Katsiroubas Brothers and Bruno Brothers, 244+ families received two deliveries of fresh, healthy ingredients right to their doorstep.

The Boston Resiliency Fund is the City of Boston’s effort to help coordinate fundraising and philanthropic efforts to provide essential services to Boston residents whose health and well-being are most immediately impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. It also works to help first responders and critical care providers.

Heading Home, the leading provider for low-income families in Boston, together with Tatte Bakery, the Katsiroubas Brothers, and the Bruno Brothers, packaged and distributed nutritious food to 244 families in need.
