“Reflections on fiscal year 2020 (July 1, 2019 – June 30, 2020) look different when compared to past years. The pictures captured in this annual report feel like they happened during events eons ago, despite occurring in just the last 12 months. They give me hope and excitement for things to come again, however.

Living through and navigating the unprecedented nature of a pandemic has dominated our world in ways that none of us could have imagined when it started in March. It has caused fear, uncertainty, despair, feelings of being lost, lonely, and helpless while simultaneously showing us moments of true heroism, strength, hope, love and togetherness, like no other. It is my honor to share that we helped a record-setting number of clients move out of shelter this year: 159 households strong!

To all of you, including our outstanding Board and generous supporters, thank you for your steadfast belief in our clients. They need us more now than ever and with your help, we have fought and will continue this fight together.”
