Women's Drop-In Cook/House Manager

Under supervision of the Program Manager this position will direct the Women's Drop in and oversee the operations of the shelter during the day. The qualified candidate will be responsible for enforcing all of the rules and policies of the program, screen and accepts appropriate referrals for the overnight shelter, ensure that drop in lunch runs smoothly according to the program guidelines and structure. They will also prepares menus, order food items as needed from food bank and shop at grocery store for remaining needed items. This position is also responsible for collecting incoming donations and maintaining order and inventory of the food and donation storage spaces.  This is a full time 40 hours per week position. 

Housing Search & Stabilization Workers

Housing Search & Stabilization Workers assist shelter guests to locate appropriate, affordable housing for eventual independent living and provides intervention and support services to maintain families in housing for up to 18 months. The Housing Search and Stabilization worker will assist homeless persons with all aspects of housing search and placement into permanent housing.

Maintenance Person

Must have working knowledge of plumbing, electrical and HVAC. Duties also include: general maintenance of facilities, painting, furniture moving, grounds care/snow removal, pickup and delivery of supplies and donations to shelters. Must have a valid driver's license and own transportation. Five years related experience.
